I am passionate about Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. I first discovered the benefits of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy whilst having treatment on myself for Meniere’s disease, I was amazed by the dramatic effect it had on me. After attending an introductory weekend in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy I left wanting to learn more and felt inspired to train as a CranioSacral Therapist
I am a fully qualified Upledger CranioSacral Therapist and a member of the Upledger Cranio Sacral Society. I have taken further training in Paediatric CraniSacral Therapy and also help as an assistant for Upledger CranioSacral Therapy training courses. I have worked as a therapist on intensive integrated CranioSacral Therapy treatment programmes, including treatment in water.
I treat a wide range of people, my youngest so far being three days old and the eldest in their 90s.I offer multi-hands intensive programmes designed around your needs.
As well as my training in CranioSacral Therapy I am a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist, I have trained in Acupressure and Visceral Manipulation incorporating these into a treatment where appropriate.
I own my own natural health practice, Falmouth Natural Health Practice, where we offer a variety of therapies, and I also work one day a week at Hilsea Natural Health Practice in St Austell.

Because I am quite busy with teaching and other aspects of UIUK I tend to offer irregular but pre-planned treatment sessions. So while I cannot often respond to urgent needs I am really happy to set up appointments in advance.
While I mainly use CST I also incorporate visceral manipulation, having done many of the VM courses and a good number with Jean Pierre Barral, the developer of that work, himself. Also, together with other colleagues, we can offer multiple-hands treatments, which we absolutely love to do.
London & Brighton
I have 19 years’ experience of CranioSacral Therapy and 24 years of therapeutic massage (Swedish and Deep Tissue), which has exposed me to a vast array of conditions and ailments across all ages. My treatment approach places great emphasis on listening to clients and focusing on the whole body, rather than solely the symptoms presented.
My CranioSacral Therapy studies have reached advanced classes, including SomatoEmotional Release, and courses specialising in Immune Response, Paediatrics and Visceral Manipulation, as well as CranioSacral Therapy for Small Animals (dogs, cats, etc). I also lead a monthly Study Group.
I live in Brighton, where I also work, as well as in London at Neal’s Yard Remedies in Clapham and Notting Hill, and can accommodate home visits.

Hi my name is Claire Brandreth and I am a fully qualified CranioSacral Therapist and Canine CranioSacral Therapist certified by the Upledger Institute.
I first heard about the benefits of CST when a friend recommended a CranioSacral Therapy treatment for my newly born daughter who was suffering with neck and shoulder problems. After a few treatments, I began to notice improvement in her movement and how positively my daughter was reacting to her CST treatments. I then decided to book a treatment for myself and I began to experience the benefits of CST treatments in helping to maintain my own overall well being.
I have always had an affinity towards dogs and currently have two myself. After witnessing the benefits of CST treatments on my own dogs, I decided to become a fully qualified Canine CST therapist. I believe that dogs deserve to benefit from the same gentle non invasive CST treatments as we do, to help improve their overall well being.
If you would like to know more on the benefits CST can offer you or your dog, please don’t hesitate to get in touch for a free no-obligation chat.

I work from my clinic within my home in central Brighton. I have been a clinical massage therapist since 2002, specialising in helping people with chronic pain management and postural issues. I began my CST journey in 2018, becoming a certified practitioner in July 2022. I love the gentle yet profound nature of CranioSacral Therapy and am constantly in awe of what it can achieve.

From a young age I wanted to be a dancer –I trained at Arts Educational and then the Rambert School until age 20 when a significant back injury forced me to look at a different path. I moved to Cornwall in 2007 with my family where I discovered Craniosacral Therapy (CST). I found that this not only supported my general wellbeing but also really helped with the physical legacy from my dance injuries. I had treatment during and after my pregnancies and my three children have benefitted from treatment, from babies to teens.
Having experienced the changes that CST could bring about, I was inspired to do the Upledger CST training to support others with this gentle yet deeply healing work. After 7 years of training, I undertook the rigorous examination process and qualified with the Upledger Institute in 2022. I love the breadth of Craniosacral Therapy work, from the purely physical aches and pains to the sometimes deeply held emotional issues where even the slightest change can make such a profound difference in people’s daily lives.
I’m always keen to learn more and find it impossible to turn down the opportunity to take a new course! I work in North Cornwall at clinics in Launceston, Holsworthy and Wadebridge. If you are interested, please contact me for a free, no- obligation chat about how CST might help you.

My name is Felicity; my background is in Mental Health; Music and Creative Arts in Therapy and Education. In CranioSacral Therapy I endeavour to empower the person, seeking creative ways to access their own creativity to nurture their inner resources, awaking the awareness of the ‘Inner Physician’.
Since I began my process of learning and practising CranioSacral Therapy I have studied courses up to Advanced Level 1 and am thrilled to say that I have achieved my CST Techniques Certification in 2018. The specialist courses that I have completed include ‘Therapeutic Imagery and Dialogue’; ‘CranioSacral Therapy and The Immune System’; and ‘Touching the Brain’ – this was the latest course. I am passionate about CranioSacral Therapy for many reasons, its simplicity; gentleness but with the possibility of it being such a powerful instrument of positive change. The highlight in my CranioSacral career, was taking part in the ‘Community Programmes CIC’ in November 2017. I have worked as a Mental Health Professional for most of my working life, there is a huge overlap in the emotional work; for which I use, for example, ‘Therapeutic Imagery and Dialogue’ from my Upledger Training as well as skills from my other areas of experience and expertise to ‘tune-in’ to what is being communicated. In the way that music and sound has the potential for permeating any depth of communication and barriers that may be present, so can the ‘intention’ of the therapist reach the call of the tiniest cell or thought in the person receiving the treatment.
I live with Geoff, my husband and fellow musician; in a village in the East of Cornwall and have my CST practices locally as well as Plymouth and the surrounding areas. I practise CST from the Wellbeing Centre in Liskeard on a Saturday and the Waterloo Wellbeing Centre Plymouth on a Thursday morning; please do not hesitate to call for any other arrangement.

I have been a Holistic facilitator since 1996 and I continue to train and broaden my skills. I initially trained as an Aromatherapist and, in a quest to extend my knowledge of the Holistic Mind/Body connection, I then also trained in Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Upledger CranioSacral Therapy and Ear Candling.
I have dedicated some of my time to raising money for and working with people with cancer at Cherry Lodge Cancer Care in Barnet and St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping. In my experience in working with people with a variety of health problems, I have gained great insights into how holistic treatments give a sense of well being and how they can be helpful in coping with the stresses of everyday life as well as dealing with traumatic life events.

I am married with two adult children & three adorable grandchildren. I love motorcycling, walking, mountain biking and being with my family.
I trained with the YMCA to qualify as a fitness instructor in the early 90’s, and later studied full time to become an International Sports Therapist. My studies have continued in Sports/Remedial Therapy and Fitness, becoming a Member of the Society of Sports Therapists, The Association of Therapeutic Massage, and many other Societies. In 2002 I qualified as a teacher in Further education teaching at Newbury College for a time. In summer 2004 I completed my studies in Bowen Therapy and Neurostructural Integration Technique (Bowen Neuro Therapy-NST) which I integrated in to my work. During 2007 I started Myofascial and CranioSacral Therapy (CST) training on a continuing education program. I qualified as an Upledger CranioSacral Therapist in October 2012, completing the Upledger Diplomat Exam in 2017. During that time I also qualified as a Biomechanics coach in 2014 and in 2015 CST for small animals.
My mission for 2023 and beyond is to continue to explore ways to support a person’s healing journey, to keep abreast of other wonderful techniques that are out there, and do the very best for each client so they may find the best path possible for the challenges they face in life.
I am very fortunate in being able to keep my feet firmly on the ground by my family, work colleagues, and very loyal clients, all without whom none of the above would have been possible.
Portreath, Cornwall
I have been practicing complementary therapy since 1998, qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist, adding Aromatherapy, Reiki and Seated Acupressure to my tool bag in my quest to find effective treatments.
CST found me in 2004, when I received treatment for long-standing back pain. (I have fallen off a lot of horses….). For the first time since childhood I was completely pain free. I was hooked!!
I have trained to the Advanced 1 level, including the paediatric modules. This profound treatment, which respects and complements all others, dots the “i’s” and crosses the “t’s” for me.
After many years of working in clinic situations, I now practice from home in Portreath. My client base ranges from newborns to the elderly, athletes to post-surgery patients, treating anything from colic to whiplash and a myriad of conditions in between.
I am fortunate to have an amazing network of colleagues in Cornwall and so, in a choice of venues across the county, we are able to offer “multi – hands” treatments. This option can be indicated where you feel that you have got “stuck” on your journey towards good health. The extra pairs of hands give additional support to the tissues and emotions of the patient on the couch.
Until I make better friends with technology, for more information or an appointment, you can reach me on my mobile.

I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1976 from St Mary’s Hospital Paddington. In 2000, I gained the Upledger Techniques certification. I started a private practice in 1990 and since then I have undergone extensive training in Visceral Manipulation and CranioSacral Therapy. In 2006, I started teaching Visceral Manipulation at the introductory level and I also teach the CST Intro Course.
I enjoy the challenge of locating and releasing tissue tensions deep within the body, these are very often not at the site of the patients’ symptoms but they are usually the root cause of those symptoms.

My journey to become a healthcare practitioner started at the age of eighteen when I sustained a serious injury as a result of a motorcycle accident. The final stages of my recovery were effectively aided by sessions of Alexander Technique. Thus began my interest in complementary health care in general and physical therapies in particular. It was not until about thirteen years later, at a time of great upheaval in my life, that I acquired the opportunity to study Classical Osteopathy. This therapy emphasises the uniqueness of each individual, and the inter-connectivity of all of the parts that contribute to the whole person, as well as the fundamental principle that change cannot be imposed but should be intelligently encouraged with the minimum intervention necessary. After four years of full-time study, at the age of thirty-seven, I graduated in 1999 with a Diploma in Osteopathy. Since then, I have worked as an independent physical therapist treating a broad range of conditions and age groups.
I began studying Upledger CranioSacral Therapy part time in 2012 and discovered that this remarkable discipline further refined the fundamental principles of my core practice, as well as adding to them the concept that each body actually has the innate ability to direct sensitively applied treatment so that it can have maximum therapeutic effect. Since then, I have used my CranioSacral knowledge and skills both within my core practice and also purely as CranioSacral Therapy, with gratifying results. I qualified as an Upledger CranioSacral Therapist in 2022.
I believe that the broad range of life events and in particular some of the trauma I have contended with, combined with approaching a quarter of a century of experience working as a therapist, enable me to offer a genuinely empathic client-centred service.

I am originally from Scotland, but moved to Jersey some 23 years ago and soon fell in love with the island, and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I first encountered CranioSacral Therapy (CST) in 2009 and was totally astounded by the results. I became fascinated with the Anatomy and Physiology of the human body, and the body’s power to heal itself.
I have worked with babies through to adults, all with a variety of physical, mental and emotional discords within their bodies. I feel strongly about the importance of seeking out and treating the cause rather than the symptoms.
I am extremely passionate about CranioSacral Therapy and feel that it is an honour and a privelege to be able to promote health and wellness in people using the knowledge and experience I have gained.

I originally trained as a physiotherapist at the Royal London Hospital. Some 25 years ago, I also began incorporating reflexology into my practice. I was astounded by the results I was getting with people who were suffering from chronic or acute pain. As doctor and therapy colleagues began referring patients, I developed my practice further by following a 2-year healing course with Swami Ambikananda Saraswati, (www.traditionalyoga.org ) incorporating energy work, herbs, crystals , acupressure and yoga. After qualifying as a yoga teacher and healer, I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy. Since then, I have never failed to be amazed at the power of the individual to heal mentally, physically and spiritually, when a gentle healing space is provided. I continue to work in a very holistic manner, and have never stopped developing my physiotherapy skills , which I use alongside the more subtle techniques of energy medicine. I treat people of all ages, including babies, and welcome your enquiries.

I came to “Upledger” Craniosacral Therapy (CST) after a riding accident having just lost my mother from a car accident and sister from cancer, both within 6 weeks of each other. Not only has CST helped put my body back together after numerous previous riding accidents, CST also helped me process my intense grief. With such insightful, life enhancing, transformative CST treatments, I realised that I would like to help facilitate the restoration of other people’s own health and well-being.
I find that the profound CST’s gentle, energy-healing, hands-on, approach can deeply effect change in client’s symptoms, often accessing and releasing deep-seated, core issues of unexplained physical and emotional pain, and illness. CST also helps to rebalance and enhance the mind, body & spirit connection.
I work from home, in a small cotswold village in Oxfordshire.

I found this work through experiencing its profound benefits when an injury forced a career change from educational management. Little suspecting that all my life experience, including an MBA, an interest in change leadership, and that of the psychology of adult learners would be invaluable in my Upledger practise and teaching.
My practice in based in central Brighton, where I treat clients of all ages and backgrounds. My understanding of the demands of working with major responsibilities and teams underpins my current enthusiasm for gaining an understanding of the ways the body works. I completed my core Upledger studies in the UK and supplemented them with classes with Dr John Upledger in the USA. Observing the value of CST for those with PTSD took me to work on various Intensive treatment programmes in Ireland and also in New York after 9/11. I now offer multi-hands treatments at my practice.
I have led an Upledger Study Group in Brighton since 2003, and created ‘Developing Confidence’ workshops to offer support developmental opportunities for therapists. An active member of the Board of the CranioSacral Society for many years, I currently have responsibility for CPD and Study Groups.
I am also a regular visitor to Cyprus where I have a part-time practice.

I have been in practice as a complementary practitioner for 27 years. Originally as an Osteopath, and since 1995 in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. CST is my main therapy now, but I do integrate osteopathic techniques in my treatments if it is necessary. A visit to the Clinic here, in Redruth, will involve a full case history and examination along with treatment at the first consultation. I firmly believe that CST makes permanent and sometimes profound change to patients’ wellbeing and general health. The SER process is an integrative part of Upledger CST – this occurs spontaneously and may help you get deeper into your issues and health problems, and bring about permanent change on many levels. I am originally a medical doctor with full registration in Germany and the UK. I very soon found it dissatisfying that common medicine mainly treats symptoms and conditions, without looking at the whole picture. I started to look at alternative ways – ways that takes the whole person in to account – body, sole and spirit.
I started out studying Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Chinese Medicine has a completely different way of looking at the functions of the body, health and illness. This opened my eyes to a different way of healing. I heard about CranioSacral Therapy and I found it everything I was looking for – a way to treat people without manipulating and invading their bodies, without having to hand out pills with all their side-effects. A method to tap into our self-healing potentials and treat the whole person not just one part of it.
I started to train with the Upledger Institute and fell in love with this gentle but very powerful treatment method immediately. I have worked as a CranioSacral Therapist since 2002 and helped countless people from tiny babies to adults to overcome all kinds of physical and mental problems and to lead a more balanced and happy life. I still marvel at what a tremendous change CST can have on people’s life.
I am also trained as a Baby Massage instructor with the International Association of Infant massage and hold a diploma in Swedish Massage

I started my training in CranioSacral Therapy in 2014 and love the way it gently facilitates the body’s own healing mechanisms. Personally it has helped mewith chronic health problems and dealing with emotional issues and areas where I had become “stuck”.
My background is in Children’s Nursing and Midwifery. I worked with sick and premature newborns for nearly 12 years and have worked with children and adults of all ages with complex medical needs and disabilities. Having worked in healthcare since 1994, I often find that the medical model treats symptoms rather than getting to the root of a problem or looking at the whole person. I have a keen interest in holistic therapies, nutrition and the link between the mind and body, and for me, CranioSacral Therapy is one of the few modalities that works effectively with both.

I started my journey into health and well-being nineteen years ago, starting out as a personal fitness trainer and then becoming a massage therapist in 2003. I then went on to train in remedial and sports massage, reiki, reflexology, specialist pregnancy massage and manual lymphatic drainage.
My first introduction to CranioSacral Therapy was witnessing first-hand the positive effect the treatment was having on my daughter who had sensory processing issues. I then personally experienced its profound benefits when a painful longstanding injury I was suffering from improved dramatically after only a couple of sessions. I was immediately hooked by this gentle yet powerful treatment.
I began my training in 2011, qualifying in 2018. I have undertaken further courses in paediatrics, pregnancy, conception and birth, chronic depletion, gut health, therapeutic imagery and dialogue and sensory integration. I feel as though the gentle Craniosacral Therapy approach has brought together and deepened my skills and experience and I am constantly amazed yet never surprised at the body’s ability to self-correct and rejuvenate.
I treat people of all ages and with a variety of disorders, ranging from back problems, migraine, illnesses and injuries to emotional issues such as anxiety and depression. I also treat babies and have a particular interest in children with behavioural, concentration and sensory integration issues.
I work from home, in my beautiful purpose-built cabin in a small village near Great Missenden in Buckinghamshire.

I work at home in the small village of Epwell, Oxfordshire. I run a very busy practice working from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Despite having trained in various other therapies since 2003, I now work as an Upledger CranioSacral Therapist, using Barrel’s visceral manipulation techniques when appropriate. I find this combination an extremely effective treatment for most conditions.
I treat lots of children, from crying babies to those who have suffered accidents, illness or have concentration or other behavioural problems.
Adults usually come to see me with back problems, head injuries or post- operative pain. I commonly treat migraine, cancer, ME, MS or any other neurological problems.
I find CranioSacral Therapy particularly effective for helping unexplained pains and conditions.
I am the local CranioSacral Therapy mentor running a study support group for other therapists training under Upledger, where we share new ideas, research and techniques.

Hello, I am John Jennings. I am about to start my seventeenth year in CranioSacral Therapy. In that time I have treated all ages from a few days old to well into their nineties, in excess of 20,000 clinical hours in all.
Most of the adults I see come with pain issues, back, neck and shoulder being the most common, and sciatica and joint pain, migraines and headaches following close behind. Other issues such as vertigo, IBS, fuzzy thinking, tiredness and general fatigue also present quite regularly.
Babies and their mums are also frequent visitors to my clinic. Colic, reflux, torticollis and sleep issues are probably the most frequent complaints. The mums too, have their own problems such as back and pelvic pain and post partum issues such as pubis symphysis disorder, which can leave some in a wheel chair, but is generally quickly resolved with CranioSacral therapy.
In that time I have seen many cases of emotional issues which can often result in very real physical pain and can act as a impediment to physical healing, quite apart from the burden they place on the quality of life and persuit of happiness. I employ SomatoEmotional release which is an integrated part of CranioSacral therapy developed by Dr John Upledger. It is designed to rid the mind and body of old or persistent emotional issues. The issues revealed, and the pace of the sessions are entirely under the control of the client at all times.

I’m passionate about alternative and complementary health-care. Whilst mainstream medicine did save my life when I was in my 20s, it’s been my journey as a complementary therapist that’s improved my physical and emotional health since then.
Whilst my initial training was in Sports Massage and Sports rehabilitation, the journey for me really began when I started training in Upeldger CranioSacral therapy back in 2008. I continue to expand my training and hands-on skills in this area having completed a number of additional Upledger courses.
I have also trained with the Barral institute in Visceral Manipulation, and as a ScarWork Practioner and a PSYCH-K®Facilitator. Where appropriate, I integrate these modalities into my therapy work alongside various soft tissue techniques from my initial training.
If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from the various treatments I use, it’s that your body really does hold all the answers. I see my role as a facilitator to help access that inner wisdom and get you back on track to better overall health and well-being.

I bring to my work with individuals a caring, attentive and still presence.
I draw on my training and experience in:
to respond to what your body / mind needs in any individual therapy session. I am inspired by the words of the farmer-poet Wendell Berry: “… to be quiet in heart, and in eye, clear. What we need is here.”
My therapies are touch or talking therapies, and the practice of yoga. The techniques used can be subtle as in craniosacral therapy, sound therapy or yoga; or they can be directed techniques as in coaching, massage or yoga.
I have a passion for practising craniosacral therapy with people with specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism, and helping you to explore the felt experience of these parts of yourself in the body/mind. And I welcome to my practice any person, old or young or in-between, wishing to explore the benefits of craniosacral therapy for the body, mind and spirit.
Through my training and experience, life experience and embodied wisdom, I intend that we connect, resonate and establish a relationship that will allow your inner knowing and embodied wisdom to help you find in yourself what you need for health and wholeness. The poet Colette Bryce guides us to “find in ourselves the child believer” so that we can truly take part in a process of change and growth.

I have been offering CranioSacral Therapy with SomatoEmotional Release for 9 years, as well as integrating them into my Counselling Practice. I am a member of the CSS (Cranio Sacral Society) and COSCA ( the professional body for counselling and psychotherapy in Scotland) and hold a degree in Psychology from Edinburgh University. As well as my work with the Upledger Institute in the UK, I have also studied Healing From The Core in the USA to Presenter Level (Teaching Assistant).
The combination of all these modalities allows me to be an empathic Therapeutic Presence for clients, offering them a safe space to explore their process, a listening ear and a skilled pair of hands to release tension and blockages in the body. I believe in the power of integrating the mind, body and spirit to promote wellbeing.

I graduated as a Chiropractor from the University of Glamorgan back in 2008. Following this, I returned to Scotland, have worked in clinics in Glasgow and Ayr, and have now established myself in practice in Prestwick and Kilmarnock.
I first became aware of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy after seeing the amazing outcomes other CranioSacral Therapists were experiencing with their patients. This prompted me to take my first CST1 class in 2011 and, since then, I have continued to explore the work of Dr Upledger and develop a CranioSacral Therapy practice myself.
I work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including babies, children and adults, to help them develop, grow and live healthier lives. I integrate other therapies with this work when required, namely Visceral/Neural Manipulation, Applied Kinesiology, Lymphatic Drainage and Pilates rehabilitation programmes.
I am deeply passionate about this work, and am happy to discuss options with anyone looking to experience the world of CranioSacral Therapy for themselves.

Marie first became interested in Craniosacral therapy during her fourth pregnancy and found that it brought her enormous benefits. Her youngest child was treated at only 2 weeks old at a seminar in Belfast City Hospital and the treatment had such a dramatic effect that she decided to train in CST herself.
Marie has now been practising Craniosacral Therapy (CST) since 2005 and also has a Diploma in Chinese Reflexology and Acupressure, as well as a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology. She has also trained and qualified in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a psychotherapeutic approach to trauma held in the body. These therapies have enabled Marie to combine traditional Chinese medicine along with CST and SE techniques to assist clients in reducing pain, stress and overwhelm in their lives.
One of Marie’s specialisms is treating adults, others include working with family groups, treating the family as a whole in order to improve family dynamics and assisting them in managing the short-term and long-term effects of a sudden change in a family member’s well being. This can be a challenging birth with the stresses that the newborn and the whole family have to face, or ongoing physical, emotional or mental health issues.

CranioSacral Therapy found me by chance just four days before the birth of my daughter in 2000. In 2008, I commenced my CranioSacral Therapy journey when I started to train in CranioSacral Therapy, and in 2014 I qualified as an Upledger Certified CranioSacral Therapist.
I retired from my nursing career of 27 years within the NHS in 2010 to focus on my CranioSacral Therapy practice which is located in a relaxed and calm setting in the Fife countryside. Here I use a combination of skills that I have acquired in the field of complementary medicine to facilitate your healing process and help you to achieve a healthier body and mind.
If I’m not in my practice, I’ll be in a field somewhere carrying out Equine CranioSacral Therapy no matter what the weather may be.

I am passionate about the limitless possibilities we have within ourselves to resolve, release and also to discover and fulfil our potential. I have studied various therapies over the years to facilitate a client’s own integration of their body, mind and spirit.
With a background in massage and kinesiology that started in 1995, my enthusiasm and my holistic approach to my work, has led me to become a Craniosacral therapist with the Techniques certification.
CST has helped me in so many ways, such as completely clearing up a chronic digestive issue that I had experienced for 5 years. As well as helping with back pain and neck problems that I had accumulated in a past career as a metalwork designer/maker, CST is also a continuing journey of discovery. It has helped me to integrate life experiences and so open up to life. I have found that I am a lot more present in my body and this helps me to live life more fully.
I have facilitated craniosacral study groups for Upledger students to practice techniques, and I keep up to date with the latest developments by attending study days, workshops and by regularly assisting on Upledger training programs.
I have also volunteered at St. Joseph’s Hospice in Hackney, where myself and other CST therapists offered multi hands sessions to people who were at the end of life and receiving palliative care.
Being dedicated in my practice, I am now in the process of studying for a Diplomat in CST. As I really enjoy working in CST multi hands therapy sessions, and see the many benefits that client’s experience, I also work with Nikki Kenward at her clinic in Marlow fortnightly.
I am fully insured, and am a qualified member of the Craniosacral Society.

Hi, my name is Fiona and I have been a therapist for 20 years. I qualified as an Acupuncturist in 1999 and after 10 years decided the time was right to study CST. I had discovered it as a student and found it to be the only treatment that consistently improved my pain levels caused by an accident in a gymnastics class as a teenager.
As I progressed through the training, I came to realise the breadth and unlimited possibilities CST offers to people. To experience it is to believe it! And the profound change it can offer is a tremendous resource for so many people with a wide variety of life stories intertwining the physical and emotional.
I qualified in 2019 and treat a variety of complaints for babies, children and adults. If I’m not in clinic, I’ll be walking on the South Downs, cycling along the coast or swimming in the sea!

Having gained my Master Degree in 1999, I felt there was something missing. I had begun teaching Yoga in 1998, and it was on a Yoga Teacher Training course that I first discovered Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. I attended the ‘Introduction to CST’ weekend with Maggie Gill in Brighton in 2004 and knew I needed to know much more! So, I enthusiastically attended CST 1&2 in 2006, and both SomatoEmotional Release (SER) classes in 2008, while studying for my Teaching Degree. I added Reflexology to my repertoire, before attending Ken Koles’ ‘CST Unwinding Meridians’ course in 2010. I moved from Brighton in 2011 and had my daughter in 2012, who slept for 12 hours at night, much to the envy of the other NCT Mums. I told them how CST could help their babies too…. Having moved to north Devon in 2013, I kick started my Upledger learning with Stan Gerome’s SERTIP class, which goes much deeper into dialoguing with the Clients ‘Inner Wisdom’, in 2015. I decided to ‘get qualified’ and re-took CST 1&2 in 2016, followed by SER 1&2 in 2017. I studied the first Paediatric course in 2018, and completed the Advanced 1 phase of my Certification that year too. In 2019 I took The Brain Speaks class with Avadhan Larson, which was both fun & fascinating. I went home and wrote my essays! I re-took Stan’s SERTIP class, which was fantastic the second time around. And I passed my Practical exam and gained my CST Certification. This year I am looking forward to Tad Wanveer’s ‘Touching the Brain’ classes. I find the workings of the human body absolutely amazing and we are constantly learning. I love the exploratory nature of Upledger CST and by listening to our Clients’ ‘Inner Wisdom’, we work alongside them, at their pace, with profound effect. I currently practice in Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, with Exeter on the horizon. I teach a cross-over of Scaravelli-inspired Yoga and Craniosacral release classes.
I love this approach and the way we, as therapists, must ‘walk the talk’, by doing our own inner work.

My name is Efter and my background is in Physiotherapy. I have been practising CST since 2012 and became Techniques certified in 2018, and then Diplomate certified in 2023. I have always wanted to be some sort of therapist to help others overcome limitations. Studying Physiotherapy (2001) and gaining amaster’s degree in Manual Therapy (2005), gave me a very good understanding of pain mechanisms, functional movement and rehabilitation. The need to explore more about myself and to deepen my awareness of physical-mental- emotional connections led me to CST, which has changed my practice so much! It has also proven to me that personal and professional development goes hand in hand!
I am a mobile therapist offering home visits in South East London incorporating CST and Physiotherapy. I treat clients from all age groups and backgrounds. I enjoy working together with other CST therapists, offering multi-hands sessions whenever possible. When not at work, I am always on the look out for any waves, as I love surfing!

My background is in nursing, midwifery and health visiting. After having my family, I worked in family planning clinics which was sessional and fitted in with family life. I went on to teaching health and education topics in colleges of further education in South Tyneside and Newcastle upon Tyne. It was my own long-standing back problem which led me to CranioSacral Therapy. It was the only therapy which helped me, so I trained in CST to share this wonderful therapy with other people. I am also trained in Reiki, NLP and hypnotherapy.
My practice is in Gosforth in Newcastle upon Tyne. I enjoy treating people of all ages, including babies and expectant mothers, children and young adults to the elderly, for a wide variety of reasons.
My other job is piano and keyboard teaching in schools and privately at home.
I have three married children, two daughters-in-law, one son-in-law and six grandchildren, who have all benefited from CST.

I have been incorporating craniosacral therapy into my practice for over 20 years and it is very much my primary passion and key therapy. Originally qualifying as a physio in 1993, I also teach pilates and practice acupuncture. I am grateful to work alongside my husband and an amazing team in a renovated chapel on the outskirts of Durham – converting it into a beautiful physio, health and wellness centre.
I have trained with Upledger up to Advanced level and have taken many further courses, including paediatrics, to gain more knowledge and facilitate my wonderful client base. I have been privileged to assist on the intensive community training programmes a few times and now assist on some courses. I am now excited to begin the process towards diplomate level and help take the work and wisdom of craniosacral forwards.
If I’m not in clinic, I’ll be on some adventure with my husband and four children and two golden retrievers!

My passion for CranioSacral Therapy derives from my equine interests from 2004. I have been a British Horse Society Instructor for many years and was introduced to the wonders of CranioSacral Therapy through a poorly horse I owned. The treatment addressed the whole body’s healing and rebalancing and provided the opportunity for a hugely improved body efficiency and as a bonus, gave him back his smile! In 2013 I was extremely privileged to be accepted to commence my human learning through the Upledger Institute. I have progressed to Advanced Level Two and find the wonders of CranioSacral Therapy are available for absolutely everyone. I work from home near Sheepwash in Devon at a beautiful, relaxed, rural location. Visit my website for more information.

I started my journey with Craniosacral Therapy in 2012 and fell in love with this non-invasive, profound and gentle therapy, so much so, that I qualified in July 2015 and am continuing with advanced learning and development. I truly believe that doing my own “inner work” and from being taught by my inspirational teachers, that I can help my clients to resolve their body’s restrictions and even deeper issues arising from their past history and experiences.
Born a true “Kiwi” (New Zealander) my roots are extended around the world, with past experience in the corporate international sports business industry and are now planted in the tranquil alpine village of Chamonix, Mt. Blanc, France.
I have practiced sports and holistic massage for over 12 years; working with elite athletes and sports persons enhancing their performance. I have a wonderful variety of clients of all ages, from newborn babies to people over 80 years old that are treated with CranioSacral Therapy, reiki and/or massage.
As well as the core training workshops, I have attended CST for chronic depletion, Peadiatrics 1, Brain Speaks 1, and CST for conception pregnancy and birthing.

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist and qualified CranioSacral Therapist who has worked in the specialist areas of Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Mental Health and Palliative Care. I now have a growing private practice (currently run from my home), and integrate Physiotherapy and CST to provide a truly holistic approach to improving people’s health & wellbeing. I feel strongly about professionalism and keep myself updated by attending CST study groups & relevant courses, and reflective practice.
Until 2003, I worked in Finance in the City. Typically, I was on the phone for long periods of time and I developed a neck problem. A massage therapist, who was helping me with this, asked me if she could try some CranioSacral Therapy at the end of one of my treatments.
I agreed, not knowing what it was or what to expect. That was it! Profound, quite astonishing, and certainly like nothing I had ever experienced. From that moment on I was hooked and in total wonderment of this gentle, powerful therapy. What was it? How does it work? I needed to know more. I left the City that year and decided to become a CranioSacral Therapist.
I have since undertaken many years of training, both in the UK and in America, including Advanced Work and Paediatrics and even working with clients in the water with Dolphins. I have taken my Upledger Techniques Certification Exams and I am a Qualified member of the Cranio Sacral Society.
I shall always be indebted to that wonderful lady and her hands, and for her introducing me to this extraordinary work. I now practice in Brighton and Hove in East Sussex, and treatments in your own home can also be arranged.

I have been a qualified physiotherapist since 2000 and I’ve been practising CranioSacral Therapy for over 10 years. I treat all age groups and conditions, specialising in chronic neck pain, headaches and TMJ disorders. CranioSacral Therapy led me down a path where I discovered that our health is dependent on all aspects of our beings; physical, mental and emotional. Over the last decade, I have become passionate about the impact that stress has on all of these areas and am now committed to sharing this approach to health with people through one to one treatments and workshops.
